The Hooplife Team couldn’t be more excited to be starting up again within the gym facility! After 13 amazing weeks of Hooplife Overtime Online Training, we are READY more than ever to bring on the SUMMER training live in person at the gym! We firmly intend to incorporate all applicable Saskatchewan Child and Youth Day Camp Guidelines into keeping the health and safety of all kids and parents in contact with the Hooplife staff and facility.

What to bring daily:

Your kids should bring minimal items to the gym. Each athlete will have their own assigned bucket where they can keep their belongings from mixing with others. Sanitation of these buckets will take place daily, and they can keep their possessions in their buckets all week. Here are some things to bring:

- Labelled Basketball
- Labelled Water Bottle — Athletes are not able to drink directly from the water fountain. However, they will be able to fill their water bottle up at the fountain.
- Towel (if needed).

What Camp will look like: 

*In compliance with Saskatchewan Child and Youth Day Camp Guidelines*

- All athletes registered will be put into groups no larger than 10 and will be with the same group for the duration of Camp.
- Barriers will be in place on the gym floor to keep from groups mixing.
- Athletes will not be mixing with other groups but will only be in contact with their own and their specified Coach.
- Athletes will have a labelled bucket to keep all belongings and training supplies for the week.
- All training supplies will be regularly sanitized with disinfectants.
- Social distance floor markers will be marked by guiding parents for pick up and drop off.
- At the time of check-in, all athletes will undergo a temperate check.
- Sadly until social distance guidelines are lifted, we will not be scrimmaging.
- Coaches will be using gloves and masks when necessary, i.e. First Aid
- At the end of the week, pizza will be served by coaches of each group directly.
- Parents will not be allowed in the gym as we have special groups and barriers in place. However, parents will be able to observe Camp through the foyer viewing windows all day.
- Within athletes groups, practiced physical distancing for everyone and minimized physical contact with each other will be taken.
- No sharing of food, drink or personal items permitted.
- The snack will be served daily by the group coach.
- Everyone must wash their hands at provided washing stations before entering the facility 

Parents expectations — Maintaining a safe place:

- Keep physical distance from staff and other children at pick up and drop off.
- When entering the facility, respect the physical distancing stickers on the floor.
- Keep your child home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms OR if they have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms.

The Hooplife Team couldn’t be more excited to be starting up again within the gym facility! After 13 amazing weeks of Hooplife Overtime Online Training, we are READY more than ever to bring on the SUMMER training live in person at the gym! We firmly intend to incorporate all applicable Saskatchewan Child and Youth Day Camp Guidelines into keeping the health and safety of all kids and parents in contact with the Hooplife staff and facility.

What to bring daily:

Your kids should bring minimal items to the gym. Each athlete will have their own assigned bucket where they can keep their belongings from mixing with others. Sanitation of these buckets will take place daily, and they can keep their possessions in their buckets all week. Here are some things to bring:

- Labelled Basketball
- Labelled Water Bottle — Athletes are not able to drink directly from the water fountain. However, they will be able to fill their water bottle up at the fountain.
- Towel (if needed).

What Camp will look like: 

*In compliance with Saskatchewan Child and Youth Day Camp Guidelines*

- All athletes registered will be put into groups no larger than 10 and will be with the same group for the duration of Camp.
- Barriers will be in place on the gym floor to keep from groups mixing.
- Athletes will not be mixing with other groups but will only be in contact with their own and their specified Coach.
- Athletes will have a labelled bucket to keep all belongings and training supplies for the week.
- All training supplies will be regularly sanitized with disinfectants.
- Social distance floor markers will be marked by guiding parents for pick up and drop off.
- At the time of check-in, all athletes will undergo a temperate check.
- Sadly until social distance guidelines are lifted, we will not be scrimmaging.
- Coaches will be using gloves and masks when necessary, i.e. First Aid
- At the end of the week, pizza will be served by coaches of each group directly.
- Parents will not be allowed in the gym as we have special groups and barriers in place. However, parents will be able to observe Camp through the foyer viewing windows all day.
- Within athletes groups, practiced physical distancing for everyone and minimized physical contact with each other will be taken.
- No sharing of food, drink or personal items permitted.
- The snack will be served daily by the group coach.
- Everyone must wash their hands at provided washing stations before entering the facility 

Parents expectations — Maintaining a safe place:

- Keep physical distance from staff and other children at pick up and drop off.
- When entering the facility, respect the physical distancing stickers on the floor.
- Keep your child home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms OR if they have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms.
- Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about these new guidelines, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- Be patient and understanding with us as we navigate towards the BEST experience possible with these limitations
