Basketball Training sessions are 1-hour and specialize in fundamentals like shooting, dribbling, scoring, defence, basketball IQ, mindset development, and scrimmages. We offer advanced and beginner only options so your athlete can thrive at their own level.
Each session requires 1 session credit.

When Signing Up...
Both Advanced and Beginner Players can sign up for HoopLife Basketball Training Sessions! When you go to sign up, make sure your child is in the proper skill level. If your child is new to basketball or is still building up their Basketball skills and abilities, choose the Beginner sessions (Court B)! If your child knows the game well and is skillful, sign up for Advanced sessions (Court A)! See below the difference:
