Regina High School Basketball Training
HoopLife Elevate
Ages 14-17 Advanced Elevate Program is a 12-week basketball program designed for high-school athletes, allowing participants to train together to reach all High School and post-secondary goals. HoopLife will be incorporating weekly skill work on the court and in the weight room allowing athletes to see progression throughout the sessions from Session 1 - Session 12. With our high-level workouts that are specific to basketball athletes, we can ensure you receive quality training.

- 1 Hour on Court Training
- 1 Hour Strength Training
- Fridays 8:00-10:00 PM & Sundays 9:00-11:00 AM

At Elevate our primary focus is to enhance each player’s offensive & defensive skill sets through our high-intensity, college-level workouts.
We focus on a well-rounded approach to skill development. Our expert coach will conduct a variety of drills, exercises, and workshops to improve participants' fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, defence, and more.
