The Opportunity

We’re seeking a gifted Account Executive to join our Regina team and drive world-class partnerships that fuel HoopLife’s mission. You’ll prospect and close deals with small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses across Saskatchewan and Canada, selling partnerships from four-figure local sponsorships to six-figure contracts with pro sports teams. This is a full-time, commission-based role with immediate income from existing accounts we’ll hand over, plus the chance to build a book of business that pays year-over-year, estimated to exceed $80K - 150K+ with bonuses. You’ll also coach athletes one day a week to stay connected to our mission. What You’ll Do

• Prospect and close partnership deals, targeting businesses eager to impact youth through HoopLife’s community reach.
• Present world-class sales and marketing materials, offering partnerships from $1,500 local deals to $100,000+ enterprise contracts.
• Manage and grow your own book of business, earning commissions on new and recurring partnerships year-over-year.
• Leverage existing accounts handed to you, generating immediate commission without starting from scratch.
• Build relationships with business owners and leaders across Saskatchewan expanding your network.
• Coach athletes one day a week (basketball or strength training), connecting directly with the youth our partners support.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace when in-office, owning every task with an 11/10 standard.
• Work full-time, balancing sales prospecting, client meetings, and coaching, giving your all to the mission.
