Customer Experience Representative

HoopLife Basketball Training Academy is currently seeking Customer Experience Representatives who are dependable, professional and can work independently.

The chosen candidates will be required to have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and are decisive. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of our workspace, greeting and checking in clients as well as administrative tasks.

This is a part time position with opportunities available for weekdays and weekends. HoopLife is open 7 days a week offering camps, sessions, games, and practices.

What you'll do:

• Greet athletes and parents with a smile when they walk in
• Check athletes in to their designated classes
• Send introduction videos to new clients
• Sell HoopLife products and memberships to parents
• Answer and return phone calls to parents who call HoopLife
• Advise parents and provide information on memberships, programming and scheduling
• Provide administration and organizational assistance to all HoopLife team members
• Brainstorm and provide feedback to help streamline your position
• General cleaning/ tidy of the building through your shift

• Strong customer service skills
• Dependability and reliability
• Ability to take initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail, excellent proofreading and grammar skills
• Work individually and as a team with minimum supervision
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with staff and clients
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
