The Opportunity

We’re seeking a relentless Operations Manager to join our Regina headquarters and own a critical piece of our mission. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll drive our programs, camps, clinics, and memberships across multiple cities while supporting marketing efforts to amplify the HoopLife brand. What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations with precision, ensuring HoopLife’s programs, leagues, memberships, and services deliver unmatched value across Canada and beyond.
• Coordinate schedules for camps, clinics, team training, and memberships, nailing every detail and finishing what you start.
• Manage facility logistics—equipment, maintenance, inventory—with pride, keeping our spaces clean, organized, and elite.
• Organize travel and logistics for Canada-wide camps and clinics, executing with urgency and care to make every experience exceptional.
• Support marketing campaigns to boost app engagement, apparel sales, and brand reach, always aiming for bold wins.
• Partner with sales, coaching, and support teams to align operations with HoopLife’s mission, putting the team’s goals above your own.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with honesty and warmth, making every client feel valued and heard.
• Implement smarter processes and tools to streamline operations, solve problems proactively, and drive growth.
• Monitor and order supplies for events and facilities, staying one step ahead to serve at our best.
• Work full-time, in-person, at our Regina office, giving your all to the team and the mission, no task too small.
