Sales Associate
HoopLife is the largest basketball skills training academy in Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Regina. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and engaged individual who is looking to generate a high income and grow HoopLife in the community. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our the suite of HoopLife products which include camps and memberships to clients, travel clinics across western Canada, sponsorship packages to companies, and team training packages.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and grow HoopLife.
- Prospect and generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients to present HoopLife's products and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work hard full time in person at the HoopLife office
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Passionate about basketball and the HoopLife mission of creating confidence in kids.
- Knowledge of the basketball industry is a plus.
- Able to balance daily activities, prioritizing tasks, scheduling meetings with clients
- Agile and quick to adapt to changes in market, customer needs, or company policies
- Competitive and driven to win and outperform competitors
- Motivated by building long-term relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility
- Is a team player Collaborates with other teams to ensure clients receive the best possible experience
