Memberships & Session Packs

Turn One Hour A Week Into A Transformation

Every session on the board above costs one session credit, and the same credits work on Basketball Training, Girls Only and 3x3. A membership turns that board into a weekly habit: months of real coaching, confidence and skill your kid keeps for life.

Every membership also includes unlimited open gym, free for members and $10 for everyone else. Leagues, camps and Young Stars are bought on their own pages.

Not sure which session your kid belongs in yet? The $10 Get Started package puts them on the floor with a coach who will tell you honestly where they are and what comes next.

Basketball IQ, on purpose

Coached from a written playbook, not off the cuff

Every hour on this schedule — every session, league day and camp day — runs on HoopLife's written coaching library: practice plans built around four training themes, every drill diagrammed, every coach trained on the same playbook and the same basketball vocabulary. Whatever time you pick, your kid is stepping into the same written program, a plan with a purpose behind every single hour.

Off-ball movement

Your kid has the ball for a fraction of the game. We coach the rest of it: cutting, spacing, and getting open, so they matter on every possession.

Defence & communication

Positioning, help defence, closeouts, and talking on the floor. The loudest team usually wins, and we teach kids exactly what to say.

Creating advantages

Screens, handoffs and reads: how to beat a defender with your brain, not just your speed. This is the part most programs never teach.

Shooting form & shot selection

Clean mechanics and footwork, plus the judgment to know a good shot from a bad one. Both halves matter, so we coach both.

HoopLife practice plan diagrams for grades 1-2
Grades 1/2 · Spacing & cutting
HoopLife practice plan for grades 3-4: Fist top pick and roll
Grades 3/4 · Running a set play
HoopLife practice plan for grades 5-6: Horns offence
Grades 5/6 · Horns offence
HoopLife practice plan for grades 7-8: full court press
Grades 7/8 · Zone & beating the press

And the playbook is only half the promise. HoopLife exists to build confidence and success through basketball. Character, confidence and leadership are coached as deliberately as the jump shot, in every hour we run. The playbook makes them a better player; the coaching makes them believe it.

The coaches are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about each child's development. They take the time to break down skills, encourage effort, and build confidence in every player... The training sessions are well organized and very effective... You can really see the improvement in skills, teamwork, and overall understanding of the game after just a few sessions... We are extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend HoopLife Basketball Training to any family looking for a high-quality program where kids can learn, grow, and truly enjoy the game.

We signed up our 8-year-old son for the 3-month membership and have really enjoyed our experience. Logistically, I like that all the sessions are laid out in advance, so you can choose what works best for your schedule. It was a great experience for our son to have different coaches and play with different kids regularly. He really enjoyed the coaches! They were friendly, knowledgeable and really helped him to improve his skills. The facility itself is fantastic, and we're glad we gave this a shot!

…Our son, Keith, not just loves the sport, but he also loves the coaches. We feel very welcome and “at home”, there. They're very friendly to everyone. Also, the skills that they're teaching our son are very helpful for his development. Our son hopes to get accepted in a basketball club while training with HoopLife.
