HoopLife Memberships in Regina
Give us 90 days and watch your kid transform. Weekly training with real coaches, unlimited open gym, and a promise no other gym in Regina makes: see a real difference in your kid's first 90 days, or the next month of training is on us.

Pick how often they train
Both memberships include weekly training, unlimited open gym and the 90-Day Promise. The only difference is how many sessions a week your kid wants.
Rookie
- 12 training credits, all given upfront for the quarter
- Unlimited open gym, every day we're open
- Basketball Training, Girls Only and 3x3 sessions
- No weekly limit: use them at whatever pace suits your week
The Pro
- 24 training credits, all given upfront for the quarter
- Unlimited open gym, every day we're open
- Basketball Training, Girls Only and 3x3 sessions
- No weekly limit: use them at whatever pace suits your week
20 session credits the whole family shares
One purchase, twenty credits, and any of your kids can spend them on Basketball Training, Girls Only or 3x3 sessions. The credits are good for a full year, so there is no month to use them up in.
What 90 days of consistency changes
Most kids don't have a talent problem. They have a consistency problem. A membership fixes the consistency, and the consistency fixes everything else.

The 90-Day Promise
If you don't see a real difference in your kid's skill and confidence after their first quarter, the next month of training is on us. Ten years of watching 90-day transformations is how confident we are.
Everything a membership unlocks
Weekly training sessions
1-hour circuit sessions with real coaching, beginner and advanced, grouped by age, live play every time. Every session is coached from HoopLife's written coaching library, not improvised.
Unlimited open gym
Any day we're open, the court is theirs: extra shots, pickup runs, and the hours where improvement compounds.
Girls Only and 3x3 too
Credits are not just for the skills sessions. They work for Girls Only, coached by women who have played at a high level, and for 3x3, which is an hour of live play.
Basketball IQ & mindset
Reading the floor, making decisions, handling pressure: the game between the ears is part of every session.
The Family Pack option
Prefer flexibility to a membership? $650 buys 20 credits the whole family can share across Basketball Training, Girls Only and 3x3 sessions, good for a full year from the day you buy.

What members do every week

Questions, answered
How long is a membership, and does it renew?
There are two: a 3-Month Membership, which is the Rookie and the Pro you can buy above, and a 12-Month Membership, which we only sell in person at the centre. Ask the front desk about the yearly one. Both are paid in full up front, both renew automatically for another term of the same length at whatever our pricing is on that day, and both keep renewing until you cancel. Your renewal date is on your account, and the front desk will tell you any time you ask. We no longer sell month-to-month memberships.
How do the sessions work?
Every session for your whole term is loaded onto the account the day you buy. There is no weekly limit, so you can use them at whatever pace suits you, whenever there is space in the session you want. Once they are used they are used: if you go through them early, more do not arrive until your membership renews.
What happens to sessions I don't use?
Unused sessions are forfeited at the end of your term. They do not carry into the renewal and they are not refunded, so if your term ends on the 14th, anything left on the 14th is gone on the 15th and the new term's sessions load in their place. Sessions bought separately in a Session Pack work differently: those are good for a full year from the day you buy them.
How do I cancel?
Submit a Cancellation Request Form at least 30 days before your renewal date, either in person at the HoopLife Centre or by email to regina@hooplifebasketball.com. We cannot take cancellations by phone. It is not cancelled until management has processed it and you have our confirmation, so please do not assume the request landed. If it comes in with less than 30 days to go, the membership renews for one more full term and the cancellation applies to the term after that. Either way you keep your sessions until the last day of the term you have already paid for.
Are memberships refundable?
No. Memberships are non-refundable, including every renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, it does not refund a term you have already paid for. There are no refunds or credits for unused sessions, missed sessions, injury, schedule changes or moving away. If money is genuinely tight, talk to us about BOOST Kids funding before you buy.
Can we pause it for a holiday, an injury or another sport?
No. Terms run from the start date to the end date and cannot be paused, frozen or extended. That is the trade-off for loading every session up front with no weekly cap.
What if my child books a session and cannot make it?
Sessions have to be booked in advance; a spot is not held without a booking. If they book and do not show, that session is used, and missed sessions are not returned or credited. Cancel the booking as early as you can so another athlete can take the spot, and the front desk will decide whether it goes back on your account.
Can my kids share one membership?
A membership and its sessions belong to one athlete, named when you buy, so their coach can actually track that child's progress. It cannot be split between siblings, transferred or resold. For families who want to share, the Family Session Pack is 20 credits the whole family can use, good for a full year.
Are camps included?
No. Sessions cannot be used to pay for a camp, and camps are booked and paid for separately. A membership covers the weekly training sessions on our regular schedule, which runs year-round including all summer. 1-on-1 training is separate too.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
The new term's sessions are not released until it is paid, and a $20-per-week late fee applies. After four weeks unpaid the membership is cancelled and the $80 in late fees is owed to reactivate it. You can update your card on your account any time, which is the easy way to avoid all of that.
What if we're not sure yet?
Book the $10 Get Started package first: a sit-down with a HoopLife Director to plan your kid's development, plus their first training session included. You will know before you spend anything real.
Ninety days from now, you'll see it
The clean shot. The calm handle. The kid who walks into a gym like they own it. It starts with one membership, or one ten-dollar meeting.
